The company’s goal is to provide quality equipment, parts, service, and do its best to take care of every customer’s needs. Glascock Equipment offers a variety of new and used agriculture equipment, light construction equipment, lawn and garden equipment, fencing supplies, and livestock equipment.
Glascock Equipment started in the back yard of Loren and Janice Glascock in 1976. In 1978, they moved the company to its current location south of Veedersburg, IN on State Road 32.
When Loren and Janice started the company they sold livestock trailers. Over the past 40 years the brands and types of equipment sold has changed. Two companies that Glascock Equipment has been associated with the longest are Gehl Company and General Timber creosote fence posts. The other equipment manufacturers that Glascock Equipment has sold have been chosen to fit the needs of its customers. Several of these manufacturers are family-owned, and have been producing implements for many years.
The manufacturers that customers can find at Glascock Equipment today include MacDon, Geringhoff, Capello, Great Plains, Land Pride, Grasshopper, Kuhn Manufacturing LLC, Kuhn North America, Claas, Gehl, Stihl, Richie, Meyer Manufacturing, Meyer’s Equipment, Wheatheart, and Sioux Steel. These companies cover a wide spread of equipment from tillage, grain handling, planting, hay and forage, mowers, and livestock supplies.
Glascock Equipment is proud to have MacDon, Great Plains, Gehl, Claas, Grasshopper, Kuhn North America, and Geringhoff certified technicians. They also have a gold certified Stihl technician and platinum certified Stihl technician. The service department continues their education each year by attending training sessions provided by the manufacturers. Along with the service department, Glascock Equipment has a trained parts department. The parts department keeps a variety of inventory from bulk hardware to PTO shafts to parts for the equipment sold at the dealership.
